Daily Waste Collection

Collection time: 7:00 PM daily (Monday–Saturday)

How to Dispose

  1. Place waste bags at the designated waste collection area
  2. Use the provided waste bins (not on corridors or lifts)
  3. No waste left outside collection hours — fines apply

Rules

  • Max 2 bags per day (large bin size)
  • No sharp objects, chemicals, or hazardous waste
  • No bulk items (furniture, appliances) without prior arrangement
  • Waste must be securely bagged — no loose waste

Recycling

Separate recyclable waste into:

  • Plastic — bottles, containers, packaging
  • Paper — newspapers, cardboard, office paper
  • Metal — cans, tins, foil
  • Glass — bottles, jars (rinse first)

Place recyclables in the designated recycling bins (near waste collection area).

Special Disposal

Large Items

  • Furniture, appliances, mattresses
  • Contact management office at least 3 days in advance
  • Fee may apply for special collection

Hazardous Waste

  • Paint, chemicals, batteries, medical waste
  • Do not dispose in regular waste
  • Contact management for special collection schedule
