Using Your Card

Where to Tap

  • Main lobby — entrance door
  • Car park — barrier gate
  • Facility access — pool, gym (where applicable)

If Your Card Stops Working

Possible reasons:

  1. Card expired — visit MO for renewal
  2. Card demagnetized — try a different angle, or replace
  3. Reader malfunction — try another reader, report to security
  4. Access revoked — check with MO (ownership/tenancy status)

Card Expiry

  • Owner cards: valid indefinitely unless replaced
  • Tenant cards: expire on tenancy end date
  • Visitor cards: expire same day or within validity period
  • Expired cards simply stop working — no penalty

Security Advisory

  • Don’t share your card with unauthorized people
  • Don’t hold the door for strangers — they should tap their own card
  • Report suspicious behavior to security
  • Cards contain no personal data — just an access key
