Register a visitor

1. Open the Gprop app — log in with your unit credentials. Open Gprop ↗
2. Find the Visitor section — usually labeled "Add Visitor" or "Guest Pass."
3. Enter guest details:
   • Full name
   • Vehicle number plate (required for parking)
   • Date range (start and end)
   • Purpose (visit, delivery, service)
4. Submit — the vehicle is registered in the parking system instantly.

No app? Register walk-in at the security post (main lobby).

Where visitors park

• Visitor zone only — don't park in allocated resident bays.
• 48-hour limit per vehicle.
• RM 50 fine for overstaying.
• Multiple passes can be active at the same time.

Rules while visiting

• 🏊 Pool & gym: visitors must be accompanied by a resident.
• 🔕 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (no loud noise).
• 🚭 No smoking in indoor common areas.
• 🅿️ Visitor bays only — don't take resident parking.
