How parcels arrive
- Courier arrives at main lobby.
- Security calls your unit intercom.
- If you're home → courier delivers to your door.
- If you're not home → security may or may not accept it (varies by shift).
⚠️ There is no standardized parcel holding system. Whether security accepts your parcel
depends on the guard on duty.
🍔 Food delivery (GrabFood, foodpanda)
- Rider calls your phone → you come down to main lobby to collect.
- Rider cannot enter the building without a pass.
- In your delivery note, write: "Block [B1/B3/B5/B7/B9], call on arrival"
- Don't ask riders to leave food at security — it goes cold, attracts pests.
🔒 Preventing parcel theft
Parcel theft has been reported. Here's what works:
- ✅ Schedule delivery when you're home.
- ✅ Use a pickup point — nearby locker or post office.
- ✅ Deliver to work where someone can receive it.
- ⚠️ Ask security to hold — not guaranteed, varies by shift.
- ❌ Leave at door — high risk. Don't.
🛋️ Large deliveries (furniture, appliances)
- Book lift padding with the MO in advance (03-7660 4752).
- Ensure delivery team has lift access booked.
- Park at the loading bay, not the main entrance.
- Construction materials must comply with renovation permit rules.
🚪 Delivery riders exit via Gate 1
Should both gates be open for delivery exit? This is an open question —
share your thoughts and we'll raise it with the JMB.
❓ If a parcel goes missing
- Check with security — did they accept it? Who signed?
- Check with neighbors — did anyone accept for you?
- Check your unit entrance — sometimes delivered but not notified.
- Contact the courier — tracking proof of delivery.
- File a police report if value is significant.
- Claim from the seller/platform — most have purchase protection.
