Visitor Parking — Guest Pass Guide

How to register visitor parking passes for guests coming to 1120 Park Avenue.

Step 1: Open the Gprop / JaGaApp App

Open the official condo management app on your phone. Log in with your unit credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Visitor Management

Find the Visitor or Guest section in the main menu. This may be labeled as “Add Visitor” or “Guest Pass.”

Step 3: Enter Guest Details

Provide:

Full Name of the visitor
Vehicle Number Plate — Required for parking access
Date Range — Start and end dates
Purpose — Visit, delivery, service

Step 4: Submit and Confirm

Submit the visitor pass. You’ll receive a confirmation. The visitor’s vehicle will be registered in the building’s parking system for the specified duration.

Important Notes

Visitor passes are typically valid for 1-7 days
Multiple passes can be active simultaneously
You’re responsible for your registered visitors
Expired passes auto-delete

For Delivery Riders

Delivery riders may not need a visitor pass. Security typically logs deliveries at the ground floor collection point. Check with security for the current process.
