Visitor Parking — Guest Pass Guide

How to register visitor parking passes for guests coming to 1120 Park Avenue.

Step 1: Open the Gprop / JaGaApp App

Open the official condo management app on your phone. Log in with your unit credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Visitor Management

Find the Visitor or Guest section in the main menu. This may be labeled as “Add Visitor” or “Guest Pass.”

Step 3: Enter Guest Details

Provide:

• Full Name of the visitor
• Vehicle Number Plate — Required for parking access
• Date Range — Start and end dates
• Purpose — Visit, delivery, service

Step 4: Submit and Confirm

Submit the visitor pass. You’ll receive a confirmation. The visitor’s vehicle will be registered in the building’s parking system for the specified duration.

Visitor Parking Rules

• Advance registration via Gprop/JaGaApp or walk-in at security post (main lobby)
• 48-hour limit per vehicle
• No parking in allocated resident bays — visitor zone only
• Fine: RM 50 for overstaying

Important Notes

• Visitor passes are typically valid for 1–7 days
• Multiple passes can be active simultaneously
• You’re responsible for your registered visitors
• Expired passes auto-delete

For Delivery Riders

Delivery riders may not need a visitor pass. Security typically logs deliveries at the ground floor collection point. Check with security for the current process.
