Electricity (TNB)

  • Provider: Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)
  • Account: Apply via TNB website or walk-in
  • Rates: Standard residential tariff (Malaysia)
  • Prepaid: TNb prepaid available (top-up at 7-Eleven or online)
  • 24/7 Hotline: 1-300-88-6444

Water (Air Selangor)

  • Provider: Air Selangor Berhad
  • Account: Auto-transferred from developer at handover
  • Monthly bill: Via mail or online (myBill)
  • Customer service: 1545

Gas (Petronas)

  • Provider: Petronas Gas (LP gas refills)
  • Gas supplier: Contact via management office
  • Delivery: Within 24 hours (call management)
  • Do NOT store excess gas cylinders in unit or common areas

Waste Collection

  • Provider: MPJ contracted waste service
  • Collection: 7:00 PM daily (Mon–Sat)
  • Collection point: Designated waste area (per block)
  • No waste left outside collection hours

For new utility setup, visit the Management Office with your MyKad and sale agreement copy. They can provide the exact application forms and contacts for each utility provider.
